1. Investment Trust Services

Pursuant to Resolution No. 1119 of 2019, the Colombian Financial Superintendency authorized the incorporation of Ashmore Investment Advisors S.A. Trust Company, enabling it to operate as a trust company in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

2. Collective Investment Fund Management

For the performance of these activities, and in accordance with applicable regulations, the Colombian Financial Superintendence, through Resolution No. 0369 of 2019, acknowledged as part of the business model the execution of investment trust agreements, as well as the administration and management of funds, subject to the granting of the corresponding operating license.

3. Advisory Services

Through Resolution No. 1678 of 2019, the Colombian Financial Superintendence granted authorization for the provision of financial advisory services, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
