These shares will be held as treasury shares. The highest price paid was 120.0 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 114.5 pence per share. Following these purchases, Ashmore holds 5,368,331 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 703,556,669 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
