These shares will be held as treasury shares. The highest price paid was 116 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 110.5 pence per share. Following these purchases, Ashmore holds 3,909,139 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 705,015,861 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
