These shares will be held as treasury shares. The highest price paid was 114 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 117 pence per share. Following these purchases, Ashmore holds 3,675, 436 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 705,249,564 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
